Questions that come up

The Mac palette copies my snippet instead of pasting it.: That is what it does now. Return copies the snippet and hands focus back to the app you came from, and you press ⌘V. Fingertips used to send that keystroke for you, and App Review asked for it to be removed, because macOS gates keystroke sending behind a permission meant for accessibility software. There is nothing to turn on and nothing to grant.
The Fingertips keyboard shows nothing.: The keyboard needs Full Access to read the snippets the app saved for it. Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Fingertips › Allow Full Access. It logs, stores and transmits nothing you type; see the privacy page.
Do my snippets sync between devices?: Yes, through your own private iCloud database, as long as you are signed in to iCloud on both. If you are not signed in, or you turn iCloud Drive off for Fingertips, everything simply stays on the device it was saved on.
Is it a subscription?: No. Fourteen days free, then $9.99 once, covering Mac, iPad and iPhone.
What happens when the trial ends?: The app says so once and asks. Nothing is deleted: your library stays on your device, and Export Everything is on that same screen, so all of it comes out as one file - text, images, files, tags and all - whether you decide to buy or not. Opening the library in the app again is what the purchase is for.
How do I get a refund?: Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought it and a new device says the trial has ended.: Open Fingertips and choose Restore Purchase. If that does not fix it, email us with the Apple Account you bought it with.
